Exterior work on the Bjarke Ingels designed tetrahedron building in Midtown West is very near completion, Field Condition reports. The metal and glass facade has been installed on the southern and western side of the building as have the windows on the northern and eastern side of the building. Work now remains on the tip of the pyramid-like building.

Standing 470-feet tall, the building has 709 units, of which 142 are affordable. The Durst Organization is developing the project, which is located at 625 West 57th Street and is officially known as Via 57West. The building also features 45,000 square feet of retail space.

The project is expected to be complete sometime next year.
