Calling this Hell's Kitchen co-op a "two-bedroom" is perhaps a misnomer—it has one small bedroom and a loft area that could be used as a bedroom, if you so choose. (At least the loft is somewhat walled-off from the rest of the living area.) Odd layout aside, this apartment does have some good features going for it, including a good-sized kitchen (with a dishwasher!), exposed brick and a decorative fireplace, and a decent amount of storage space. The maintenance isn't even that astronomical, at $871 per month. Knowing all that, how much do you think this apartment is asking?
