Over at Jeremiah's Vanishing New York, Jeremiah Moss decries what terms the "Hudson Yards Effect," the glassification of the entire West 30s along 10th Avenue. Though few are mourning the area, long the domain of taxi drivers and Brutalist structures like 450 West 33rd (in the process of getting a glassy makeover) do not count Moss in that camp.
