'Young Millionaire' Designer Wants $4.5M for Tribeca Triplex

New, 24 comments

Interior designer Sasha Bikoff may be "one of New York City's most promising new talents"—decorating homes from the Dakota to Montauk—but she also got completely skewered by the media after appearing in a New York Times piece last year with the subheadline: "How New York's Young Millionaires Live." The 27-year-old prodigy has a lovely three-floor condo in Tribeca, which she picked up in 2011 for $2,291,062. It's now on the market for $4.5 million. The brokerbabble calls the unit a two-bedroom that's convertible to three, but Bikoff turned what used to be a bedroom on the top floor into an enormous closet-slash-dressing room. There's one full and two half bathrooms, as well as two outdoor spaces.
