A Manhattan judge has ruled that the smell- and sound-producing restaurant Babbo isn't really doing anything wrong, as was alleged by neighbor Nurettin Akgul who brought an emergency order against Mario Batali's famed Village eatery in which he asked the court to shutter the restaurant. Along with filing the emergency order, Akgul has sued the restaurant for $10 million in damages. The suit is still pending. [NYP; previously]
