For his condo project at 11 Jane Street, developer Edward Minskoff wants "to use a world-class architect, because there's probably a very, very good chance that [he] will move there." The 33,000-square-foot building will hold no more than seven units, meaning they will be huge. There might be a couple of townhouses, plus apartments, and Minskoff wants "a large duplex" for himself.
