Every guess on this week's Pricespotter, a studio apartment with a curvy sleeping loft in 235 East 49th Street, went over, as the actual price is a relatively low $365,000. The lowest guess (i.e. the winner) came from commenter eastwest, who went with $375,000 and surprisingly (considering the low guess) had some nice things to say: "Some good stuff here. I like the curved sleeping loft (did Charles Gwathmey work on this place?), and I don't mind the red accent wall. [...] Removing the wall of closets in the living room will add some much needed square footage and improve the layout."
