Somebody with an inclination towards privacy has purchased the penthouse of Tribeca's 250 West for $29.5 million, a steep discount from its original $42 million ask. 6sqft first noted the sale of the apartment, which was notoriously shopped to celebrities of Leonardo DiCaprio's likeness because of its high ask and private entrance. The cavernous, 7,200-square-foot pad is surrounded by a wrap-around terrace replete with jacuzzi, and has a private garage, four bedrooms, and all the fancy fixings one would expect. Whoever nabbed the pad remains anonymous, but an uneducated guess based outside of reality says it's Rihanna.
