A warehouse converted into luxury rentals along the Williamsburg waterfront may change hands for a whopping $275 million. The current owners of 184 Kent Avenue, which has 338 units from studios to three-bedrooms and was among the first fancy buildings in the area, are reportedly in talks with Jared Kushner, LIVWRK, and Rockpoint (who, incidentally, are on sort of a Brooklyn buying spree). That large sum works out to about $858,000 per apartment, which is a lot of money. [NYP; previously]
