A tipster has intel on two of the major towers that will transform the area directly south of Central Park. At Robert A.M. Stern-designed 220 Central Park South, asks will start over $10 million and surpass $100 million, which is apparently "steep but certainly exceptional value." Meanwhile, sales at the slenderest tower in the world, SHoP's 111 West 57th Street, will launch in the second quarter of 2015 for an average of about $7,000 per square foot. Perhaps the record-breaking $150M ask slated for the Sony Building penthouse won't be such an outlier for long. [CurbedWire Inbox; previously: 220 CPS and 111W57]
