Walker Tower Developer's New Park Slope Condos, Revealed

New, 7 comments

Better known for its upper echelon Manhattan luxury buildings like Walker Tower and the incoming 111 West 57th Street, JDS Development is also exploring the wild and wonderful (and increasingly expensive) borough of Brooklyn. The developer snagged 613 Baltic Street in mid-2014 with plans to construct an 11-story, 50-ish-apartment mixed-use development. The Post has first renderings for the high-end building—apartments will go for $950,000 to over $3 million—and, well, it looks pretty uninspired. Who would have thunk that the building just so happens to fall on the corner of Fourth Avenue, Brooklyn's "Canyon of Mediocrity."
