The permits have officially been filed for Atlantic Yards', er, Pacific Park's next building, an all-affordable SHoP-designed structure at 30 Sixth Avenue. The figures have changed slightly: still set to rise 23 stories, it will now house 305 rental apartments for low-, middle-, and moderate-income tenants. Plans also include 20,000 square feet of commercial space, a health-care facility, and a 73-car parking lot. [TRD; previously]
