A brownstone building at 806 President Street in Park Slope has been renovated from a four-story building with eight old units to a four-story building with eight fancy new units, with prices ranging from $2,450/month for a studio to $5,100/month for a two-bedroom. The building sold almost exactly two years ago, in February 2013, to Zeuss of NY 1, LLC. (identified in permits as Chaim Wurzberger) for $1.6 million. The renovation was handled by OMJ Design and appears to have stripped the apartments of whatever original brownstone-y character they may have possessed, not to say that they look particularly bad. The windows, at least, are fairly large.
