The Municipal Art Society has added its voice to the chorus of opposition against the Howard Hughes Corporation's South Street Seaport tower. Unlike most of the other detractors, who have focused on the building's height, the MAS objects to the location of the tower, claiming that it could potentially interfere with efforts to flood-proof Lower Manhattan.
