The Durst Organization is covering basically a whole West Side block with rental buildings, as a new Studio V-designed project at 600 West 58th Street is set to join the developer's other buildings Bjarke Ingels pyramid at 625 West 57th Street and the Helena at 601 West 57th Street. The new project will rise to 10 stories, with 65 apartments (12 of which will be affordable), and sizable retail and community facility spaces. It will, according to Durst, be "a beautiful compliment to Bjarke Ingels-inspired architecture for the 57th Street building," and is expected to be completed in late 2016.
