Sure, architect Thomas Juul-Hasen appears over-committed, designing buildings and interiors from the High Line to Tribeca to the Upper East Side. In fact, the Post calls him "the busiest architect in NYC," "who's now tackling an endless string of high-profile Manhattan residential projects. 'I'm trying to make buildings that are high-quality, not statement buildings that say 'Look at me.'" Fun fact: he's a self-proclaimed socialist. Jives well with producing condos for the ridiculously affluent, right? [NYP; previously]
