Saudi Prince's Three-Panic-Room Pad Gets $25M Price Cut

New, 13 comments

A 10,500-square-foot triplex in The Heritage at Trump Place owned by Prince Nawaf bin Sultan bin Abdulaziz Al-Saud is set to hit the market (again) for $48.5 million, the Wall Street Journal reports, and from the description it sounds like its the same apartment that was listed in 2012 for $75 million. After all, how many places are there that were combined from six normal-sized apartments to feature a six-person hot tub, a billiards room with a saltwater aquarium, a hair salon (!), a ventilated cigar room, a fitness center, and three bullet-proof panic rooms? According to Million Dollar Listing star Ryan Serhant, one of the listing agents, the owner is unloading the apartment because he rarely used it. Sure. Why would he?
