'Haunted' Houses

It must be a slow news day over at the Post, where they've written about a historic mansion in Staten Island that's apparently haunted. In June of last year, the Gustave A. Mayer House listed for $1.74 million; the dilapidated home got a price hike in the fall, to $2.41M... and it's still got that ask. Anyway, it's creepy and fantastic and falling apart. The brokers are super-sensitive about the "haunted" descriptor, but a psychic lawyer sensed the late owners' "presence." Right. [NYP; previously]
