21 Monitor Street, the smaller of two former St. Cecilia's Catholic church buildings, was converted into 15 rental apartments over the past year, and now those rentals have hit the market with prices ranging from $2,500 for a one-bedroom to $3,600 for a two-bedroom. The renovation, helmed by Nataliya Donskoy, appears to have spared a very small number of details, including arched windows. The exterior, however, remains almost entirely unchanged, save for some different types of window panes. Amenities include dishwashers, laundry, bike storage, roof access, and private terraces for select units.
