Toll Brothers will raze three buildings on Broadway between Franklin and Leonard streets and build a 19-story, 98-condo building on the site, TRD reports. The development company closed on the lots at 351-355 Broadway this week; although it isn't known how much they dished out for No. 351, the developers paid a hefty $73 million for Nos. 353-355 and their accompanying air rights. Also this week, Toll Brothers signed a long-coming 99-year ground lease for a Church of St. Luke in the Fields-owned property at 100 Barrow Street where they plan to build a 12-story building with 35 rentals. The design for the building on the church's West Village campus has already won an okay from the Landmarks Preservation Commission.
