Along with the poignant emotional baggage of relocating to a new office comes the nitty-gritty, day-to-day challenges of a brand-new skyscraper. At One World Trade Center, first there was the rodent situation, and now there's falling ice. According to the Daily News, foot-long ice chunks started falling from the city's tallest tower at noon yesterday, "causing panic but no injuries." Parts of the street were cordoned off.
