The developer of an under-construction boutique hotel is pretty upset with the Witkoff Group right now. When Prime Hotel Management purchased a site on West 24th Street between Broadway and Sixth Avenue, it didn't know that Witkoff would be converting the Toy Building into a tower o' penthouses and plopping seven floors on top. Those stories apparently block the views of Madison Square Park. Bummer for business, and guests who like to stare at green things. Wait, why'd they come to NYC again? [Commercial Observer]
