Entourage star Adrian Grenier and his mother have purchased a five-story, four-unit townhouse in Clinton Hill for $2.085 million, 6sqft reports. It is unclear what their intentions for the property are, but it's described as a "fixer-upper that needs a lot of work," having been owned by one family for decades. Grenier already occupies a townhouse, to which he gave a very green renovation in 2007, in the neighborhood, and his been spotted checking out other properties in the area in the past, so the options seem open—could be some sort of investment and/or flip, or a new home for the actor or his mother.
