Despite drawing several comparisons to a morgue, this week's Pricespotter, a renovated one-bedroom apartment in the I.M. Pei-designed Kips Bay Towers, drew rave reviews overall, and most commenters were in the ballpark in terms of price. Two, in fact, hit it right on the nose, with both Captain Crankypants and OzMerry guessing $965,000. "This is what my doctor's office looks like," Crankpants wrote. "Track lighting? Was this once a gallery? Nice, spacious studio apartment." Oz thought the apartment was "Very nice. And not 'sterile' at all!"
