The war over the Citi Bike docking station in Soho's Petrosino Square is finally over. An appellate court judge upheld an earlier decision that the Citi Bike station can stay in the park because biking is considered a "park purpose." The opponents argued that Citi Bike is for "bike-share commuting," not recreational purposes, and thus the station should be removed. Either way, it's about time this fight was over; two years is a long time to battle over some bikes. [A Walk in the Park; previously]
