Skylit Two-Bedroom in Brooklyn Heights Asks $915,000

New, 2 comments

Welcome back to The Six Digit Club, in which we take a look at a newish-to-market listing priced under $1 million, because nice things sometimes come in small packages. Send nominations to the tipline.

This two-bedroom on Brooklyn Heights' Joralemon Street (featuring an alleged convertible third bedroom) has the feel of renovated attic thanks to the sloping ceilings. Though the apartment totals 1,070 square feet, the many rooms ensure that none of the spaces are particularly large—in fact, they're pretty small, but not in an unpleasant way. A raised area off the living room that leads to one of the bedrooms features a small skylight and is currently configured as a dining room/area. And a recent renovation has the left the apartment, now asking $915,000, with bamboo flooring, all new appliances, and new cabinetry. The current owners bought the place in 2011 for $530,000.
