West Chelsea's condo conversion on West 19th Street, known mainly for the fact that it'll have private pools for every unit, has found itself a marketer. Million Dollar Listing New York reality star slash broker Ryan Serhant will sell the nine condos, undoubtedly for some absurd asking price, since they all have 50-foot hydraulic windows that allow the pools to either be indoors or en plein air. The building, designed by Pei Partnership Architects LLP, will house three- and four-bedrooms, and each apartment will have a sun room, wood-burning fireplace, and private parking.
