Two rich guys on the Upper East Side are going to court over a single foot of property. According to The Post, millionaire Philippe Delouvrier is suing his neighbors, Soros Fund Management partner Ravi Yadav and his wife Suzanne, over a fence that happens to encroach on their property at 63 East 92nd Street. The Yadavs recently embarked on a huge renovation of the $8.1 million townhouse, with plans to replace the fence. However, Delouvrier claims that since he's used the "land" (a foot still constitutes land!) for "over 20 years," it actually belongs to him. This is apparently not a joke. [NYP]
