Construction workers at the zig-zagging 56 Leonard Street are getting highand not just because the cantilevering 60-story tower is nearing its peak. Neighbors complain that some of the development's 400 hundred workers smoke pot "in the middle of the day." The Herzog & de Meuron-designed building is all clear according to the Department of Building's database, so even if the allegations are true, the blazing isn't interfering with their work.
