It has been more than two years since Hurricane Sandy hit New York City, and though the storm and its aftereffects may be in the past for most New Yorkers, Staten Island residents are apparently still waiting for their homes to be rebuilt as promised. A recent segment on The Daily Show features correspondent Joran Klepper shining a light on the woefully incompetent $650 million Built It Back organization that was established by former mayor Michael Bloomberg. The program has drawn increasing negative attention over the past year as people have begun to realize its failure, and Klepper lays into it in perhaps its highest profile bashing yet.
