ODA's Long Island City Stack of Boxes Begins to Get Glassed

22-22 Jackson Avenue, the 175-unit condo development going up next to the site of the now departed 5Pointz, is now sporting some windows at the lower levels as construction chugs along. BuzzBuzz Home just checked in and got some pictures, revealing the current state of the boxy building, which is squarely rooted in the Frozen Transformers school of design. Altogether, it looks like pretty faithful to the rendering that architect ODA first rolled out in March of 2013. The project is being developed by the Gershon Company who bought the site in 2012 for $16.5 million.
