The first residential tower at the megaproject formerly known as Atlantic Yards and now called Pacific Park was supposed to be a residential tower called B2, built using modular construction. But a whole mess of legal trouble piled up, and construction has stalled on the Barclays Center-adjacent site. Now developer Forest City Ratner says that the modules on the 10th floor, where work stopped, have to be realigned before 22 more stories can be added on top. Oh, goody. [AYR; previously]
