No, You Can't Have This Century-Old Brooklyn Time Capsule

This narrow two-story home in Bay Ridge is so darn cute that apparently its need for a pretty big renovation didn't stop buyers. Someone snapped up the property after less than three weeks after it hit the market with an $898,000 asking price. First spotted by Brownstoner, the two-family home has hardwood floors, original moldings, stained glass skylights, and plaster ceiling medallions, some of which probably date back to its construction circa 1915. Each room is also painted a different color, adding a welcome dose of whimsy to the place.
