On Monday, the mayor met with House reps Jerrold Nadler and Nydia Velazquez to discuss development proposals for the South Brooklyn Marine Terminal and adjacent Industry City. Developers behind the private campus of Industry City have proposed a $1 billion investment if the city rezones the area in a way they deem appropriate.
