Supermodel Tyra Banks already found a buyer for her Soho apartmentit entered contract just a month after listing for $3.795Mand now she's looking for a tenant for her Battery Park City pad. The Daily News spotted the listing for the 7,000-square-foot Riverhouse condo, which is asking a cool $50,000 a month. Originally four separate units that Banks bought for $10.3 million, the sprawling duplex home is the product of a renovation that pissed off the neighbors back in 2011. The place has five bedrooms, eight bathrooms, a personal gym, a salon, "an enormous personalized dressing room," and a library. Banks is supposedly spending less time in New York and more time in Los Angeles as she prepares for a new talk show.
