This week's Pricespotter, a renovated two-bedroom condo in Battery Park City, drew conflicting reviews in the comments section, ranging from "No door on the master? No bathroom on the living floor?? The renovation tried too hard to do something, and it doesn't really work for me," to "it's a very nice place with outdoor space." But the one thing that everyone agreed on was the outrageous monthly costs. Even so, most of the guesses were high. The actual asking price is $1.8 million, meaning that this week's winner is Countess Luanne, who went with $1.749 million.
