A gas station not far from the Barclays Center will, like so many others, be razed for apartments. The owner, Bill Wolf Petroleum, is planning to develop the new building at 98 Third Avenue on the corner of Bergen Street, and it will be six-stories and hold 19 units with ground-floor retail. It will be designed by Newman Design Group, but before it moves forward, the project needs a variance from the Board of Standards and Appeals. [NYY; previously]
