The Greenwich Lane—the luxury condo development from which a piece of plywood blew off and killed a woman earlier this week—has had other active violations against it. The Real Deal scoured Department of Buildings records to determine past dangers at the large site, which is made up of five apartment buildings and five townhouses and basically takes up an entire city block. Also, the identity of the victim, Tram Thuy Nguyen, has been revealed. In a cruel twist of fate, she was a Keller Williams real estate agent who had moved to New York eight months ago to live with her fiance. [TRD; previously]
