The development firm Jonathan Rose Companies just recently closed on a bank building in Brooklyn Heights at 181-183 Montague Street for $36.5 million, according to The Real Deal. The 31,000-square-foot building has developments totaling 93,500 square feet, and Rose bought the site under the name Montague Pierrepont Apartments, LLC, meaning it will probably be converted into a residential building. Madison Capital and the Prudential Insurance Company of America bought the building in 2012 for $18.3 million, and it's currently occupied by a Citibank. [TRD]
