First Look Inside Williamsburg's Unfortunately Named Condos

New, 10 comments

Elliman broker and prolific Instagrammer Fredrik Eklund took to social media today to provide more intel on the most-terribly-named development in all of New York City (and there are a lot). The Million Dollar Listing star shared the first interior rendering of the Williamsberry (ugh), and noted that prices will range from $575,000 to more than $4 million. The building, a former noodle factory, will feature 63 condos with interiors by Paris Forino and ceilings up to 13'4" high. While Eklund fails to mention the fruit-spread-inspired (not really) name in his Instagram post, he assures us that it is still being used and will be up on signage at the site by Friday.
