New, 20 comments

Fashion bigwig Kobi Halperin, former creative chief of Elie Tahari, has dropped his very white, very empty Cooper Square duplex penthouse on the market for $15.5 million. According to the Daily News, Halperin bought the place a decade ago for $3.9 million. The brokerbabble says the 4,916-square-foot apartment was designed by Italian architect Piero Lissoni, and it features "Italian white limestone throughout." There are four bedrooms, a 1,000-square-foot living room with a wood-burning fireplace, and a 1,662-square-foot rooftop terrace with a fresh water hot tub.
