Boaz Gilad Is Bringing This Blocky Building to Crown Heights

New, 10 comments

A rendering has been released for Boaz "Build It and They Will Come" Gilad's two-building development at 1312 Lincoln Place in Crown Heights. The building, first spotted by YIMBY, will rise one block north of Eastern Boulevard between Utica and Schenectady avenues. It's designed by RoArt and will have 26 apartments and 14 ground-floor parking spaces, as per area zoning requirements. No word yet on whether the apartments will be rentals or condos, but judging by the small-ish apartments that will average 660-square-feet in size, YIMBY speculates they'll be rentals. Gilad purchased the lot for $2.06 million in May 2014.
