Brooklyn developer Hello Living filed plans for a 23-story East Flatbush building in July, and now preliminary renderings for the site have been released. Spotted by YIMBY, the renderings show a funky, tapering building occupying the whole block bounded by Nostrand and Tilden avenues, Albemarle Road, and East 29th Street. Although the design isn't final, permits filed for the site make it certain that the building will have 153 apartments and first and second floor space devoted to an ambulatory and diagnostic health care center. Former Hello Living collaborator loadingdock5 made the renderings. There's no word yet on whether the apartments will be rentals or condos, but YIMBY points out that condos are Hello Living's "bread and butter."
