Michael Shvo's Glassy Shvoho Tower Will Look Like This

Compared to the other projects involved in developer Michael Shvo's comeback tour, relatively little is known about 100 Varick Street, which he is co-developing with Itzhaki Acquisitions. But NY YIMBY just spotted a minimally revealing rendering on Ithaki's website, so we at least now know that the upper levels will feature some interesting-looking glass-wrapped balconies. We also know, thanks to a new teaser site, that the project has been dubbed Soho Tower, although we're early enough along in the development process that there's still time to change it to its rightful name: Shvoho.
