Williamsburg's 212 North 4th Street Begins Leasing

New, 9 comments

A new five-story building at 212 North 4th Street (formerly 291 Metropolitan Avenue) has just started leasing, according to BuzzBuzz. The building—which was announced last year after All Year Management bought the property in 2012 for $4 million—is noteworthy in that it's not all that painful to look at, with a very industrial faded brick and wrought iron exterior, in keeping with the neighborhood's historical ambience of smoke-belching factories. Designed by Meshberg Group, 212 North 4th Street has 25 units, each with its own balcony, oak floors, exposed brick walls, and in-unit washer/dryer. Prices start at $3,200/month for a one-bed, up to $6,600 for a four-bed.
