"While we can all agree that the endless cycle of personalization is a colossal waste, this is not [Juan Pablo] Molyneux's best work. There are many spaces that would be a real shame to lose, but this is not one of them. I have personally been in this space, and the elegant proportions associated with Molyneux are not there. Granted, this is because of the limited ceiling height in this post-war building, but the overall effect feels somewhat squat. My only real issue with a gut reno here is that what replaces it will look dated even faster than the current interiors.
