Here's another reason to be completely over this long, snowy, stupid winter: it has delayed Staten Island's giant observation wheel. An official groundbreaking ceremony for the 625-foot tall wheel and Empire Outlets was supposed happen on March 10, but it has been pushed to "sometime in April" because of the cold weather.
