The Sigmund Shwartz Gramercy Park Chapel on Second Avenue between 9th and 10th streets is a thing of the past; in its place now stands an enlarged six-story building that's home to 12 apartments that range in size from one-bedroom to five-bedroom duplexes. The apartments first appeared on the market yesterday (h/t EVG) and are asking between $3,500 and $9,500. It appears that none of the building's apartments have windows in the living room, but all apartments do come with central air, a washer and dryer, and access to the building's communal roof deck.
