Three of the eight units in a new Park Slope condo development on 13th Street just hit the market. All three are two-bedrooms, and, with the exception of no. 1R, which comes with a large, empty lower level and access to a private backyard, the condos are priced lower than the average two-bedroom in the area. The ground-up project was designed by architect Ben Ellis of Ellis + Donnelly Studio, who replaced the original architect after the development stalled in 2006. Ellis gave the building a classic look, with a stone base, brick facade, prominent cornice, and some of the ugliest kitchens in the world.
