In "5 Flights Up," an upcoming Hollywood comedy about Brooklyn real estate, Morgan Freeman and Diane Keaton play an older couple who moved to Brooklyn when it was "out of fashion." Now the borough's "filled with hipsters," and the couple wants to sell their fifth-floor walkup. Their realtor, played by Cynthia Nixon, whose Sex and the City character Miranda was the first of the girl gang to move to Brooklyn, has some pretty absurd ideas of how to sell the place. She boils cinnamon before showings to give the space a "homey" feel. "Light is money!" is her slogan.
